FAQs

Who should I contact at the hotel if I have questions about reservations?

Please reach out to Ximena from the hotel for any questions or assistance.

What’s the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?

Shuttle options are available—check your confirmation email from the hotel for details, or reach out to Ximena for help. Taxis are also easy to find at the airport.

Is the hotel all-inclusive? Do I need to carry cash?

This is not an all-inclusive resort—food and drinks are pay-as-you-go. No need to carry cash, as everything can be charged to your room. More details are available on our Travel Page

What is the dress code? Any guidance for kids?

For Friday’s welcome event, dress in colorful cocktail attire.
For the ceremony, the setting is elegant yet natural, so heels are welcome—but please avoid stilettos, as sand can be tricky. A light jacket is recommended, as the ocean breeze can bring a chill in the evening.

How do I arrange transport to the wedding venues?

Transportation will be provided between hotel rooms and event venues. Walking is also an option—it’s no more than a 5–10 minute stroll, depending on your location. Everything is located on the resort property.

Do you have a gift registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift! All of you are traveling to celebrate with us, and we have no expectations for gifts. For those who have asked, a small contribution toward our Honeymoon Fund is warmly appreciated.

What can we do during free time?

The hotel is full of activities and is quite large! On our Location Page you’ll find a list of our favorite restaurants as well as some activities we recommend.

What will the weather be like? What should I pack?

In early December, Riviera Maya is warm (high 70s–80s °F). Bring a light layer for cooler evenings. Comfortable shoes or sandals are great for exploring the resort. For the beach ceremony, we recommend avoiding super high heels—sand and stilettos don’t mix!

Can I extend my stay?

Yes! Just contact Ximena at the hotel to arrange an extended stay.
